Xu Minzhe is a sophomore in the Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. He also has another identity: he is a student of the first new apprenticeship class of the "Zhejiang Energy College", a secondary college of Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Zhang Yao said: "Our school trains nearly 4,000 high-quality technical talents for society and enterprises every year. On the other hand, companies will provide practical training for students and create employment for outstanding students. It will arrange students to take on-the-job internships in enterprises, and connect internship training with on-site production to improve students' ability to deal with on-site problems.
